The Beliefs of the Episcopal Church
Our name is derived from the word "episcopacy", which indicates that we belong to a group of parishes under the guidance and direction of a bishop.
We believe in the Holy Trinity: God the Father, Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit.
We recognize the value in exploring varieties of understanding and interpreting the Holy Scriptures.
Our worship includes prayers and creeds and other formulation of the great historic councils that were designed to safeguard the original integrity and power of the Christian message. We look to them as a guide to our theology and worship.
